Everything you need to know before attending S.E.A. LAN

The Eindhoven Student Sports Centre is a modern sports facility near the TU/e campus, equipped with high-speed internet, spacious gaming halls, and all the amenities you need for an epic LAN weekend.

Getting There

By Train

Eindhoven Central Station is a major railway hub with frequent connections from all major Dutch cities:

  • From Amsterdam: ~1 hour 20 minutes
  • From Rotterdam: ~1 hour 15 minutes
  • From Utrecht: ~1 hour
  • From Tilburg: ~25 minutes

From Eindhoven Central Station, the venue is approximately 15 minutes by bus or a short bike ride.

By Car

Free parking is available at the venue. Follow these directions:

  • From A2/A67: Take exit Eindhoven-Centrum
  • Follow signs to TU/e Campus / Student Sports Centre
  • Address: Onze Lieve Vrouwestraat 1, 5612 AW Eindhoven
  • GPS coordinates: 51.4474° N, 5.4866° E

Note: Parking spaces are limited. Carpooling is encouraged!

By Bike

Eindhoven is bike-friendly with dedicated cycling lanes throughout the city.

  • Secure bike parking available at venue
  • Well-lit bike paths from city center
  • Approx. 15 minutes from Eindhoven Central Station

What to Bring

Essential Items

  • Gaming PC or laptop
  • Monitor (max 27")
  • Keyboard and mouse
  • Headset
  • Power strip / extension cord
  • Network cable (5m minimum)
  • Valid ticket

Recommended Items

  • Sleeping bag (if staying overnight)
  • Pillow and air mattress
  • Toiletries and towel
  • Change of clothes
  • Snacks and drinks
  • Phone charger
  • Deodorant (please!)

What NOT to Bring

The following items are strictly prohibited at S.E.A. LAN:

  • Alcohol or drugs
  • External speakers (use headsets only)
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Pets or animals
  • Routers or network switches

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Venue Facilities

High-Speed Internet

Gigabit fiber connection with wired Ethernet at every desk. WiFi available for mobile devices.

Power Supply

Multiple power outlets at each gaming station. Bring your own power strip for convenience.

Food & Drinks

Catering available throughout the event. Snack bar, hot meals, and beverages on-site.

Seating Assignments

Pre-assigned seating areas per association. Find your seat on arrival via our registration desk.

Security

24/7 security staff on-site. Secure storage available for valuables during the event.

Restrooms & Showers

Clean facilities with shower access for overnight attendees. Please maintain hygiene!
