Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to or attending S.E.A. LAN, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Event Access
A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. Your student ID may be requested at check-in.
2. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to treat fellow participants, volunteers, and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited at S.E.A. LAN:
- Alcohol or drugs
- External speakers (headsets only)
- Weapons of any kind
- Pets or animals
- Routers or personal network switches
4. Equipment
Attendees are responsible for their own equipment. S.E.A. LAN and its organizers are not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of personal property during the event.
5. Photography and Recording
S.E.A. LAN may take photos and videos during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to appearing in such media. If you have concerns, please contact us in advance.
6. Event Changes
S.E.A. LAN reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or activities. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, tickets will be refunded.
7. Liability
S.E.A. LAN and its organizing associations are not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss that occurs at the event, except where required by Dutch law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
